Interlake Medical Center, PLLC :: A Family Practice

We are a group of Primary Care Physicians sharing facilities at Interlake Medical Center, PLLC. Primary care includes comprehensive, continuing preventative and emergency care for all members of the family unit. When problems arise that require consultation, we will help you find the appropriate specialists.

Our Clinic is equipped to perform minor surgery and laceration repair, complete physical examinations, X-rays, electrocardiograms, pulmonary function tests and other commonly used laboratory studies. More complex tests are performed at outside laboratories.

Our services are complemented by nurses, medical assistants and registered laboratory technologists. Members of our staff are able to converse in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and Arabic.

Several pharmacies are conveniently located nearby our clinic.

In most cases, if you provide us with the necessary insurance information, we will bill your insurance claims for you.

If there is no insurance coverage that we can bill, we request that you pre-pay at the time of the visit.

We offer a 5% discount for payment at the time of service, if paid by cash or check.

We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Co-payments are due at the time of service as required by insurance companies, or a handling charge may be incurred.

Drs. Leou, Joseph, Hobbs, John Yam, and Garrett Yam are all active members in good standing at the Overlake Hospital Medical Center in Bellevue. Dr. Mitra is on the active staff of Evergreen Hospital Medical Center in Kirkland. All our doctors are members of the King County Medical Society. Drs. John Yam and Garrett Yam are also members of the Washington State Medical Association.
